Megan has experience teaching piano to students of a variety of ages. Megan particularly enjoys introducing the piano to younger students. Megan enjoys playing a variety of styles on the piano including classical, romantic, popular music and jazz. 

Megan has been playing trumpet since she was a young child. She has performed with QYO Wind Symphony, UQ Orchestra, Brisbane Brass Music Association and numerous community groups. Megan is able to teach across all levels on trumpet, whether you are a beginner, want to play in a band or orchestra, or want to complete AMEB exams or auditions. 

Understanding music theory is an essential part of learning an instrument. It is important that music theory tuition is developmentally appropriate for the student. Megan is able to prepare students for AMEB theory exams, or tutor students preparing for school or university theory or musicianship courses.
